AZ9431BQSA-7 Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.24V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.It can be used with 100mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 80μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 1.24V.There is 1.228V less than 1.228V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.Voltages of 18V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.
