BAT54-7 Overview
There is no power rating, which means real power is given in watts, and apparent power is given in volt-amperes.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.Forward current may not exceed 200mA.Electrical and electronic devices produce the least 200mW heat (energy loss). Its current rating is 200mA, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. In some cases, the device could display a value of 10pF depending on the capacitance.Datasheets indicate that the peak reverse is 2μA.
