Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.There can be a voltage up to 200V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
