In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TA.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 15V.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 600V.
