GBJ602 Product Details
GBJ602 Overview
There are no pins on rectifier.Basically, it is a 4-SIP, GBJ package-type electronic component.Observe the reverse leakage current and do not allow it to exceed zero.Through Hole is the method of mounting the device. In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -65°C~150°C TJ.Current surges should be monitored and not exceeded.Due to its 6A output current, it offers maximum design flexibility.
GBJ602 Features
4 pin count 4-SIP, GBJ package operating at a temperature of -65°C~150°C TJ 6A output current
GBJ602 Applications
There are a lot of Diodes Incorporated GBJ602 applications of bridge rectifiers.
Low thermal resistance
Welding systems – Input rectifiers and fast recovery diodes
Military, hybrid vehicles and power supplies
Fuse-in-glass diodes design
Solid state SCR based switches
Electrically isolated aluminum case
Wind power (alternative energy) – Converters available as diodes, SCRs or IGBTs
Uninterruptible power supplies – SCR transfer switches and input rectifiers
