GBJ806 Product Details
GBJ806 Overview
There are no pins on rectifier.A 4-SIP, GBJ package is a type of electronic component.A monitoring should be done of the reverse leakage current and it should not be allowed to exceed zero.Bridge rectifier is mounted using the Through Hole method.Keeping it at -65°C~150°C TJ ensures its normal operation.Monitor surge current and prevent it from exceeding 170A.Its output current of 8A allows maximum design flexibility.
GBJ806 Features
4 pin count 4-SIP, GBJ package operating at a temperature of -65°C~150°C TJ 8A output current
