The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 100 @ 150mA 1V.A VCE saturation indicates a maximum value of Ic (saturation), and a maximum value of VCE saturation (Max).Single BJT transistor is essential to maintain the continuous collector voltage at 600mA to achieve high efficiency.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 6V to achieve high efficiency.A transition frequency of 250MHz is present in the part.There is a breakdown input voltage of 40V volts that it can take.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 600mA volts.
