A surface mount ultrafast diode for high-speed switching applications is the Diodes Incorporated MURS160-13-F. This diode is perfect for use in high-frequency rectification and switching applications because to its 1.0A forward current rating, 600V reverse voltage, and quick 75ns recovery time. The DO-214AA (SMB) form factor of the MURS160-13-F diode package makes it simple to install on PCBs and provides good surge capability. Moreover, the SMB package has a low profile, allowing the diode to be installed in restricted areas.
