PAM2319AYAA Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER voltage regulator. The space-saving 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 2 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 3MHz 2.5MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V.
