PAM2322AGEAR Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 17-WFLGA package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 2 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.9V 1.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1A 2A output current of voltage regulator. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. A voltage of 5.5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 17 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 900mV volts. With a maximum output voltage of 5.5V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. In this case, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 2.7V volts is required to ensure reliable performance. DC-DC switching regulator operating on 60μA supply voltage.
