PAM2400AAA380 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There is a SOT-23 package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 100kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.9V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 3.8V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 400mA Switch, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 400mA Switch. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 5.5V.
