PAM2400ACA200 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There is a TO-243AA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 100kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.9V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 2V. Featuring a 400mA Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v.
