PBPC602 Overview

Having 4 pins, it is not equipped with anything.This device operates from a forward voltage of 6A.Basically, it is a 4-Square, PBPC-6 package-type electronic component.There is no mounting method for the device.At -65°C~125°C TJ, it operates normally.There is a maximum output voltage of 4A that it can support.A surge current should not exceed 125A and should be monitored.During its operation, this device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 10μA.
