TLV431TFTA Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±0.2% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.24V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.It can be used with 15mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.It has a maximum output voltage of 18V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 100μA.1.24V voltage lower than 1.24V can be output by the voltage reference ic.It generates a fixed voltage of 1.24V.
