A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with ±2% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within -55°C~125°C TA.Search "ZHT431" for other relevant parts.Applications with 100mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 50μA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.It would send a maximum voltage of 20V.
