ZR431F01 Overview


A handy package called SOT-23 is used.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 2.5V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above NOT SPECIFIED during reflow soldering.100mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage reference circuit's maximum voltage output is tested 2.525V.This voltage reference ic outputs a voltage of at least 2.475V.For better results, it should have THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE SET TO ANY VALUE BETWEEN 2.5V AND 20V.
