ZR431F01TA Overview

It can handle Adjustable output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.3 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "ZR431".It is suitable for 100mA input applications.It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.You cannot expect output current higher greater than 100mA from the reference voltage.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 20V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 50μA is what its cathode current should be.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 2.5V lower than 2.5V.Since the max input voltage of the part is 20V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly.Does the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?
