ZR431GTC Overview
A handy TO-261-4, TO-261AA package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 4.Voltage reference with ±2% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "ZR431" for other relevant parts.Applications with 100mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 50μA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.It would send a maximum voltage of 20V.
