ZRC250A01 Overview
An easy-to-use E-Line-3 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Bulk package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 3 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "ZRC250".Through Hole applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.2.5V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 20μA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.5V.There is 5mA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.
