ZRC400A02 Overview
E-Line-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±2% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.096V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.ZRC400 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 23μA.4.096V voltage lower than 4.096V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Current supply is 5mA.
