ZRC500A02 Overview
An easy-to-use E-Line-3 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Bulk package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "ZRC500".Through Hole applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.A cathode current of 25μA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 5V.There is 5mA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.
