ZRT025GA1TA Overview
TO-261-4, TO-261AA is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 4.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 4 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -55°C~125°C TA.ZRT025 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 150μA.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Current supply is 75mA.
