ZRT050GA1TA Overview
A handy TO-261-4, TO-261AA package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 4.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 4.9V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 4 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -55°C~125°C TA.Search "ZRT050" for other relevant parts.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.Its cathode current should generally be 150μA.There is 4.9V voltage output lower than 4.9V from the voltage reference ic.The supply current is 60mA.
