ZRT050GC2TA Overview
An easy-to-use TO-261-4, TO-261AA package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 4.For precise voltage reference, use ±2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 4.9V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 4 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "ZRT050".For applications with 60mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.A cathode current of 150μA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 4.9V.
