ZSM330CSTOB Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3.3V. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by a Through Hole-axis. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Through Hole. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
