ZSM530CSTZ Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Box (TB)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. IC management is packaged as a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260.
