This program uses the SOT-23-3 Flat Leads package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Shunt control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 3, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±1% is the tolerance.A digital IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 2.5V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Adjustable form.Reflow soldering should not exceed 260 degrees Celsius.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~125°C TA.Input applications can use the voltage reference with 100mA.It is generally considered correct to have a cathode current of 600μA.Fixed/minimal voltage of 2.5V is generated.2.475V is the minimum voltage output by the voltage reference circuit.An item from the series Automotive, AEC-Q100.Voltages up to 20V could be sent by the voltage reference circuit.
