ZTL431BFTA Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.Test statistics determine the output voltage 20V.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.ZTL431 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 20V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 600μA.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 20V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 2.5V regardless of external conditions.Voltages of 20V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.A supplier device package of SOT-23 is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
