TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.22V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.ZXRE125 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 20mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 1.22V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 8μA.1.22V voltage lower than 1.22V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Current supply is 20mA.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 1.22V regardless of external conditions.
