ZXRE125EFTC Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±2% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.22V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.ZXRE125 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 20mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 8μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 1.22V.It is tested at 1.244V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is 1.196V less than 1.196V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.
