ZXRE160H5TA Overview
A handy 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 5.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 18V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 5 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Search "ZXRE160" for other relevant parts.Applications with 15mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 15mA.The maximum output voltage is 18V.Its cathode current should generally be 1mA.There is 200mV voltage output lower than 200mV from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 18V.The supply voltage must be 3.3V.To supply it, a voltage of 2V is required.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 0.2V.What are the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the voltage reference ic?
