TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Box (TB) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±2% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3.3V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.ZXRE330 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 5mA inputs.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 2μA.3.3V voltage lower than 3.3V can be output by the voltage reference ic.
