ZXSC100N8TA Overview
The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 0.98V~3.5V. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
