A maximum operating temperature of 200°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. In order to keep their reliability up, NTC thermistors can operate at -55°C. There are 2 terminations on these NTC thermistors. For reliable performance, it should have a rated temperature of 25°C.
