PD438B Product Details
PD438B Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-226-2, TO-92-2 Long Body packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 170V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 170V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 150mW heat. A reverse anode voltage of 32V should be applied to the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 30nA even without light input.
