There is a SOIC case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. 14 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. The input offset voltage is 500μV. The buffer amplifier is capable of operating from a supply current of 2.6mA . It is recommended to keep the voltage gain at 92dB at all times.
