Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced SOIC package.There is a Tape and Reel package for this receiver.14-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A combination of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting reduces the package size dramatically.There are two types of input voltage supply available for this IC, 3.3V.Transceivers implemented by this IC total 1 in total.In addition to that, it contains 1 receivers as well.Embedded 1 drivers are included on the integrator circuit.A transceiver module's temperature of less than 70°C is required for operation.It must not be less than 0°C degrees Celsius for this optical transceiver to operate properly.As far as supply voltages are concerned, the maximum voltage that this IC is rated at is 3.6V.1 transmitters are present, which are can transceivers that produce radio waves to transmit or send data with the help of antennas.In order to run this line driver ic, the supply voltage must be at least 3V.
