KA239 Overview


To facilitate transportation, it comes packaged in DIP .There is a comparator of type OPEN-COLLECTOR output on this device.The device is designed with 14 terminations.The chip belongs to Comparator .A comparator supplied with 5V voltage can complete many demanding tasks.The board includes 14 pins.Normal operation of the device requires 1.1mA supply current.If the current supply exceeds 2mA , the comparator might be damaged.This device requires 5V power supplies to operate.There is no need to exceed 85°C in terms of temperature.Lower temperatures than -25°C are unsuitable for it.There is a maximum voltage supply on the comparator of 36V .This comparator can be supplied with a voltage as low as 18V .To maintain output quality, 4 channels cooperate.This comparator basically consists of a COMPARATOR amplifier with very high gain.18mA is the output current of this device.
