KA75360MTF Overview
For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SOT-89-3 functions. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 300mV. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 15V volts. The supply current of the power management is 500μA.
