LM239M Overview
The product is packaged in PDIP in order to facilitate transportation.Output type of this comparator is OPEN-COLLECTOR .The comparator has 14 terminals.The electrical component in this case belongs to the Comparator family.This comparator is capable of handling a wide range of tasks if it is supplied with a voltage of 5V .The device includes 14 pins.Normal use of the device should require a nominal supply current of 2mA .An excess of current supply over 2mA could result in malfunction of the comparator.A power supply of 5V is sufficient for the operation of the device.There is no recommendation for temperatures higher than 85°C .Temperatures below -25°C are not suitable for the device.Compatibility is defined as 36V when the comparator is operating at its maximum supply voltage.A minimum supply voltage of 2V is allowed for this comparator.The output quality of 4 channels is maintained by cooperating with each other.Comparator electronics is essentially a highly gain-adjustable COMPARATOR amplifier that forms the comparator.
