SCAN18540TSSC Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SSOP package. 56 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. Transceiver shares the SCAN/JTAG/3J family's comprehensive benefits and features. 56 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 56 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 750μA. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. 9 bits are included within the electrical component. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 64mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -32mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.5V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V. Because of its 18 lines level input capability, buffer IC is more cost-effective on transimitting signals. It is known as a BOUNDARY SCAN BUS DRIVER logic IC. Digital buffer is characterized to have 9 inputs. The fundamental operation of logical driver is based on 2 circuits. INDEPENDENT CONTROL control technology is used to start up the automotive buffer.
