MPC8358ZUAGDGA Overview

This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 740. In the case of a 1.2V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 333MHz Hz. For functions of 740 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 70°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 740 pins. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. 400MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. From 1.2V, the micro processor can be used. Datasheets specify that the embedded microprocessor requires 1.8/2.53.3V power supplies. There is 1.5V voltage at the CPU core. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 1.26V. 1.14V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor.
