DB157G Product Details
DB157G Overview
When the forward voltage is set to 1.5A, the device operates.Basically, it is a 4-EDIP (0.321, 8.15mm) package-type electronic component.Observe the reverse leakage current and do not allow it to exceed zero.Mounting method of the device is Surface Mount. In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ.Monitoring surge current and not allowing it to exceed 50A is essential. There is a peak reverse voltage of 5A which is used to power this device.
DB157G Features
1.5A forward voltage forward voltage of 1.5A 4-EDIP (0.321, 8.15mm) package operating at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ peak reverse voltage of 5A a reverse voltage peak of 5A
