KBL601G Overview
In this device, the forward voltage is 6A.The component is available as a 4-SIP, KBL package.There should be a monrectifieroring of the reverse leakage current and rectifier should not be allowed to exceed 5μA.Through Hole is the mounting method for the device.In order to ensure normal operation, the temperature must be set to -55°C~150°C TJ.A maximum voltage of 6A can be supported by it.There should be a strict limit on surge currents, and the value should not exceed 180A.There is a peak reverse voltage of 5A which is used to power this device.
