KBU1001 Overview

There is no forward voltage applied to this device.Basically, rectifier is a type of electronic component that is available in a 4-SIP, KBU package.The reverse leakage current must be monitored and should not exceed 0 volts.There is no mounting method for the device.Keeping it at -55°C~150°C TJ ensures its normal operation.Monitor surge currents and limit them to zero.This device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 10A.
