Phase diode rectifier produces a maximum reverse leakage current of 1μA volts.A rectified current of 80A volts is averaged for this device.When the forward current reaches 80A, it is allowed.Objects or materials' thermal resistance values are based on how much heat they resist when exposed to a given temperature difference, and their natural thermal resistance is 1 °C/W.1kA is the maximum value of surge current that can be used.Datasheets indicate that the peak reverse is 1A.
