MBRT20080R Overview
Array is capable of supporting a maximum output voltage of 100A.Surge currents should be monitored and prevented from exceeding 1.5kA.In this case, the forward voltage has to be set at 200A to operate the device.The reverse voltage peak of this device is 1A.The maximum reverse leakage current from this semiconductor is 1μA, which corresponds to the reverse leakage current from that device when reverse biased.
