A maximum output voltage of 250A can be supported.In order to prevent the surge current from exceeding 3.5kA, it should be monitored.In this case, the forward voltage has to be set at 500A to operate the device.In devices such as this one, reverse voltage peak is set at 1A.The maximum reverse leakage current from this semiconductor is 1μA, which corresponds to the reverse leakage current from that device when reverse biased.
