W01M Overview


This device operates from a forward voltage of 1.5A.The component is available as a 4-Circular, WOM package.There should be a monrectifieroring of the reverse leakage current and rectifier should not be allowed to exceed 10μA.A Through Hole mount is used for this device.In order to ensure normal operation, the temperature must be set to -65°C~125°C TJ.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 50A.There is a peak reverse voltage of 10A which is used to power this device.
