When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -60°C~300°C to ensure reliable operation. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 300°C. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors can be operated at a minimum temperature of -60°C.
